在SAGI GAMES的HR实习经历

刚过了正月十五，我就开始了找工作的旅程。我对游戏有着浓厚的兴趣，因此决定在游戏公司实习。通过BOSS直聘，我看到了SAGI GAMES在招聘HR实习生，抱着试一试的心态，我投递了简历，并开始了与HR的初步交流。在此过程中，我了解到SAGI GAMES是一家专注于休闲游戏和小游戏自研自发的公司，成立于2017年，目前已推出60款小游戏，多款游戏在海外同步运营。他们的《单挑篮球》还与某篮协合作推出了WCBA线上赛事。公司团队成员多来自腾讯、网易、畅游等一线互联网公司，福利待遇也很不错。HR非常详细地介绍了公司情况，并且认真回答了我的问题。我们聊得很投机，约定了第二天的面试。

面试当天，我提前到了公司。公司位于古琴台，办公区外就能看到两江的美景和琴台大剧院，环境非常优美。公司前台摆放着许多手办，增添了一份趣味。面试官态度温柔，面试氛围轻松，先是进行了笔试，然后根据我的自我介绍和简历内容提问，感觉就像聊天一样愉快。面试官还详细介绍了公司的日常工作、福利、薪资和工作计划。面试结果很快就出来了，当天下午我收到了Offer，并沟通了入职时间。

入职后，我发现公司大多数员工都是90后，工作氛围轻松愉悦，没有严格的制度观念。每天下午都有茶点，各种水果和零食应有尽有。刚来就赶上了公司每两周一次的体育课，体育馆很大，有篮球、羽毛球、乒乓球等项目。这样的公司环境，真是让人爱上了！
